Exploiting stranded drivers with unreasonable prices. We monitor all pricing complaints seriously.
Pattern of complaints about substandard work, vehicle damage, or leaving jobs incomplete.
Being rude, aggressive, or threatening towards customers, our team, or other providers.
Operating without valid insurance or required licences. We verify credentials and do spot checks.
Trying to contact drivers before paying for the lead or circumventing our platform.
Posting fake positive reviews for yourself or fake negatives for competitors.
Agreeing to help then not showing up or cancelling last minute without legitimate reason.
